Builders Finance is a financial education company operated by Builder's Finance Co LLC, founded by Matt Nunn and based in Gilbert, Arizona.
We publish the Builders Finance Library — a reference for short-term-rental owners and a reference for long-term-rental owners — a weekly email, The Profitable Real Estate Operator, and books.

The weekly email
The Profitable Real Estate Operator is free, and subscribing is confirmed opt-in: you receive an email asking you to confirm, and nothing is sent until you do. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
The publication is educational on the same terms as the rest of the site. We may change its format, its schedule, or stop publishing it.

Purchases happen somewhere else
